Our Legacy
Our story begins with Mr. Muthu Pandian, born in 1937 in Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu. At a young age, he travelled to Sri Lanka in search of work, beginning his journey in 1949 in a bottle-manufacturing company.
In his late twenties, he returned to Tamil Nadu and settled in Chennai in 1959, where he established a woodworking and timber supply store in Saidapet. Over the years, his entrepreneurial spirit led him into real estate, building a growing business and a lasting foundation for the generations that followed.
He passed away in 2006, leaving behind a legacy shaped by hard work, craftsmanship, and enterprise.
Today, that legacy continues through our architectural practice. While our work has evolved from timber and real estate into architecture, interiors, furniture, and spatial design, the values remain unchanged — to create with purpose, respect materials, and build something that lasts.
